Flexible automatic machining is processed by software controlled machine tool. When replacing other parts, only the relevant software and a small number of clamps need to be replaced (sometimes even the clamps need not be replaced). It can automatically change the functions of various equipment working procedures to reduce the system readjustment time.
(2) Automatic processing of various products or part families
The conveying system of the workpiece and supporting fixture set in the processing system, as well as the processing system, have considerable versatility and high degree of automation, so that the entire system can automatically complete multiple products or parts series on the basis of group technology. Processing function.
(3) Functions adapted to processing sequence and production rhythm
A highly flexible processing system should have the function of processing the processing sequence of various product parts and the function of randomly changing the production rhythm, that is, the entire system has the ability to process different products according to different processing sequences and different transportation routes, and at the same time according to different production rhythm. Function.
(4) Efficient automatic machining and automatic tool change function
Using the CNC machine tool with tool magazine and automatic tool change device can make the system have efficient automatic processing and automatic tool change functions, reduce the cutting time and tool change time of the machine tool, and make the system have high productivity.
(5) Automatic monitoring and fault diagnosis function
In order to reduce the downtime and detection time of processing equipment, and ensure that the equipment has good working reliability and processing quality, automatic detection, monitoring and fault diagnosis devices for the production process can be set, so as to improve the working reliability of the equipment and reduce downtime and waste losses.
Not all devices need to implement the above functions. According to specific production requirements and actual conditions, flexible requirements for different scales and functions of equipment can be put forward, and corresponding implementation measures can be taken.
In addition, some flexible links should also be considered in the rigid processing system for small variety and mass production. For example, flexible CNC machining units can also be used in equipment forming rigid automatic lines, or CNC machine tools with replaceable headstock can be used to increase the adaptability to product changes and processing flexibility. In the workpiece conveying system composed of rigid conveying device, an intermediate storage warehouse can be set to increase the flexibility of connection between automatic lines and avoid the loss of the whole system due to the failure of a unit.
