On the same day, industrial motherboard concept stocks continued to strengthen. As of the closing, Huachen Equipment (300809. SZ) rose by 20%, Huazhong CNC (300161. SZ), Guosheng Zhike (688558. SH) rose by more than 15%, and Qinchuan Machine Tool (000837. SZ), Yuhuan CNC (002903. SZ) and other stocks rose by nearly 10%.
Industrial master machine, namely machine tool, is the equipment used for manufacturing machines in the manufacturing industry, and also the infrastructure for manufacturing industrial products.
CNC machine tool refers to an automatic machine tool equipped with a program control system. The higher the numerical control rate of machine tools, the higher the technical development level of the whole machine tool industry.

At present, the domestic industry has formed a complete industrial system, which is the second tier in the world as a whole.

Wang Weiming mentioned that since the implementation of the major national science and technology special project of "high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment" in 2009, domestic high-end CNC systems have grown from scratch, and the market share of domestic machine tools has increased from less than 1% before the implementation to 31.9%.
On the 13th of this month, the official website of China General Technology Group announced that the international standard ISO23218-2, which was developed under its leadership, was officially released as the first Chinese-led international standard for machine tool numerical control system series, further enhancing China's voice and international influence in this field.
According to the statistics released this month by the China Machine Tool Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as the Machine Tool Association), the overall operation of the domestic machine tool industry has rebounded from a low level and returned to a positive growth range.
In the first eight months of this year, the operating revenue of the key affiliated enterprises of the Association increased by 0.4% year-on-year, while in January-July, it decreased by 0.5% year-on-year; The total profit of enterprises increased by 32.2% year on year, 1.2 percentage points lower than that of the previous seven months.
According to the Machine Tool Association, new orders for metalworking machine tools fell by 6.2% year-on-year, 0.3 percentage points higher than last month, and orders in hand increased by 3.3% year-on-year, 2.6 percentage points lower.
Metal processing machine tools, including metal cutting and metal forming, are the two most important sub-industries of the machine tool industry. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, in the first eight months of this year, the output of domestic metal cutting machine tools was 380000, down 10.5% year on year.
Influenced by multiple factors such as changes in the international situation and the spread of domestic epidemic, the economic situation fluctuates greatly. In the first half of this year, the downward pressure on the machine tool industry increased.
With regard to the decline of orders in the first half of the year due to the epidemic, according to the analysis of the research report released by Guojin Securities in September, from the perspective of the output of metal-cutting machine tools, according to the 10-year replacement cycle, last year was the high demand for a round of machine tool replacement, and it is expected to maintain a strong replacement demand in the following years.
